Ruckus Media partners with Next Level Esports

Ruckus Media Group (Pty) Ltd, acting as the official South African Affiliate for the Network of Academic and Scholastic Esports Federations (NASEF), is thrilled to announce a new partnership with Next Level Esports with the aim of helping to professionalize the esports coaching industry across Africa.

With almost 20 years experience as a teacher and esports coach, Lead Instructor Donny Stumpel, has supported well over 1,000 esports coaches in moving closer to their goals and becoming more successful coaches.

Coaches are key figures in esports, shaping both the culture and environment, which has shown to have a profoundly positive impact on people’s lives. Our initial program offering will consist of a 6 week “Esports Coach Accelerator Program” and will include aspects such as;

• The Essence of Coaching
• The Framework of Coaching
• The 4 Pillars of Coaching
• Teambuilding & Conflict Management
• Duty to Care & Guidelines in an African context

According to Stumpel, “bringing the Next Level Esports programs and courses to Africa isn’t just about exporting knowledge—it’s about transforming potential, empowering communities, and developing a new generation of esports leaders who thrive globally and make a real impact locally. As esports continues to evolve worldwide and with the Olympic Esports Games on the horizon, increased professionalisation and strong leadership is key to ensuring that African talent isn’t just present—but leading—on the world stage.”

This partnership seeks to give ambitious coaches the confidence and transformational tools, approaches, methods and convictions to transform and positively impact the lives of all the players and other people they come into contact with.
